Judge Considers Compensation In Diluted Drugs Case

U.S. District Judge Ortrie Smith must decide how to divide the compensation of tens of millions of dollars in the case Robert R. Courtney, the pharmacist who diluted caner drugs. More than 400 lawsuits have been filed against Courtney, his pharmacy had $71 million in insurance.

Last Week Georgia Hayes, a cancer patient won a 2.25 billion dollar jury verdict against Courtney. Courtney pleaded guilty to watering down chemotherapy drugs for profit and faces up to 30 years in federal prison.

anyone filed a suit against Robert Courtney who had John Davis as their doctor? Or in the same group of onocology doctors? Jan

I would like to keep updated on any events about anymore cases due to the fact that I was one of the people that received the diluted drugs Lupron Depot

I would like to be kept informed of any new developments on this. My mother was a patient that recieved diluted drugs.
