NEW YORK — Shareholders of defunct At Home Corp. Tuesday filed a securities fraud complaint against AT&T Corp., among others seeking damages and statutory compensation from all defendants and punitive damages. According to court documents, AT&T “secretly took and converted” At Home’s proprietary technology for its own use, rendering AT&T’s need for At Home “nil or superfluous.”

The complaint says that senior At Home officers have stated that AT&T personnel were given “unique and unfettered access to At Home’s proprietary technology, intellectual property and know-how” in order to bring AT&T into the high-speed Internet access business.

As a stock holder in the now defunct At Home Corp. I am curious as to why I had to perform my own search on it to discover that this complaint was filed 10 months ago. Weren’t or shouldn’t all share holders be notified of such action? My broker has always held my shares since purchase and the only thing that has changed since the purchase is that my monthly statements now show “NP” in the value column.

I am an Italian Electronic Engineer.

I believed in the technology of At Home Corp. so I bought shares of the company.

Now I feel victim of robbery and I don’t believe anymore to the American justice.

Yes, if AT&T was able to do everything for his own interest or better for interests of corrupted managers the fault is to research into the American false justice!
