i chew tobacco and i have chewed tobacco since i was 8 and i dont have any kind of cancer and if i got it it would be my faught that i got it so these idoits who are trying to sue the tobacco companies for a get rich quick scheme they nead to grow up and take responsibilities for their actions.

i have to say no one forces people to use anything.i think it is so crooked to sue tobacco co.for what you did yourself.i wish i was a judge over all that

I agree with my friend from Kentucky. I do a can a day and I’m fully aware of the risks that go along with it. It’s lawsuits like these that keep pushing the prices higher. If you don’t want the cancer don’t dip or stop it’s that simple. Don’t however sit around and claim you were an innocent when WE ALL KNOW the risks!

I have to disagree with volitis. A general warning on a label doesn’t cover some of these chemicles that are being added and there is no packing label to show the contents. Most people think that it is nicotine. True you make that choice, but if a company misleads people to make this choice, they should be held accountable.

I agree with volitis completely. Unless your damned stupid..Most people know that it is harmful to yourself to use dip or chew or any tobacco. But you assume the risk anyway..No one is forcing you to dip.

I have been a chewing tobacco user for over 35 years.I have always known the risk of nicotine and assumed that risk.I have only recently found out what else chewing tobacco has in it,such as formaldyhide,arsenic,nuclear waste,and many others.How can tobacco companies get away with this.Why don’t they have to put the contents of their product on the package?
