Judge Says IBM Cash-Balance Plan Violated Age Discrimination Laws

A Federal District Court in the Southern District of Illinois ruled that IBM’s cash-balance pension plan violated the age of discrimination provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Courts Dismiss Six More OxyContin Lawsuits
