Northrop Grumman Settles Qui Tam (Whistleblower) Lawsuit

Military contractor Northrop Grumman Corp. agreed Tuesday to pay $62 million to settle a 16-year-old whistleblower lawsuit, alleging that Northrop in the 1980s overcharged the government on several defense programs.
