Autopsy results indicate 43-year-old Donna Kulp died Jan. 24 from an allergic reaction to the anit-wrinkle drug Botox. Kulp went into cardiac arrest while receiving a Botox injection and died shortly after. The report lists the probable cause of death as Anaphylactic shock associated with Botox/Lidocaine injections.

LOS ANGELES, CA - Hollywood executive Mike Medavoy and wife Irena Medavoy filed a lawsuit (Medavoy v. Klein, No. SC075614) against Allergan, maker of Botox, and Dr. Arnold W. Klein, a dermatologist whose patients include Elizabeth Taylor and Michael Jackson, claiming Irena Medavoy suffered serious side effects from an “off-labeled” Botox treatment for migraine headaches.
